These terms cover your use of OFFBOOK, a script rehearsal and line-memorization tool. By using the app, you agree to them.

License

You're granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use OFFBOOK on your own devices. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app.

Your content

Scripts, recordings, and images you add to OFFBOOK are yours. You're responsible for having the right to use any script text you paste or import — OFFBOOK doesn't check copyright status of material you provide, and you shouldn't use it to reproduce or distribute copyrighted scripts beyond your own personal rehearsal use.

No warranty

OFFBOOK is provided "as is." Voice recognition, line matching, and text-to-speech depend on your device, browser, and operating system, and their accuracy is not guaranteed — treat the app as a rehearsal aid, not an authoritative judge of your performance. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Platform limitations

Some features (auto-listen, voice-checked drills) rely on browser speech-recognition APIs that are not available on every platform — notably, they are not currently available in the iOS/Android app version. This is disclosed in-app; it does not affect the core script and rehearsal functionality, which works fully across all versions.

Purchases

OFFBOOK is offered as a one-time paid download through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchases, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own respective terms and refund policies — we don't process payments directly and can't issue refunds ourselves.

Acceptable use

Don't use OFFBOOK to store or process content that's illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to use. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the app or its underlying services.

Termination

You can stop using OFFBOOK at any time by deleting the app. Since OFFBOOK doesn't maintain user accounts or store your data on our servers, there's no account to delete — removing the app removes your local data with it.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
